When it comes to floor renovation, choosing the right flooring can make all the difference. Nowadays, there are many options available that vary in suitability depending on the application. In many cases, for example, epoxy coating is used, but it requires a relatively long working time and often requires expensive preparatory work. A very practical and inexpensive alternative are PVC tiles with a plug-in system, which not only can be installed much faster, but also bring many other advantages. These plastic tiles are very easy to install and are a self-contained system, which can be supplemented with ramps and additional edge components.
There are many good reasons why the versatile PVC floors with clip system are becoming more and more popular and are used more and more often. The panels are simply inserted into each other and can be laid very quickly. Even larger areas can be implemented easily and quickly. Floating installation can be done on the fly, minimizing costly downtime. In addition, there are no drying times and the floor can be used immediately. No special prior knowledge is required to install the PVC flooring, only a rubber mallet and a cutter knife are recommended to join the panels together and trim if necessary.
PVC floor panels are very flexible and can be installed on almost any load-bearing subfloor. They are also durable and provide good thermal insulation and soundproofing. The sheets are very easy to maintain and can withstand water, contamination and even oil. Cleaning when dirty is also trouble-free. Damage is also not a problem, as individual tiles and slabs can be easily replaced. The design can also be chosen flexibly at low cost. No matter whether with leather look, wood look, studded or with other structures.
As you can see, there are many advantages that speak in favor of using PVC plug-in panels for floor renovation. If you have any further questions about our PVC plug-in panels, we will be happy to help you and look forward to hearing from you.
What do I need to lay the tiles?
The tiles can be easily installed by yourself without any special knowledge or tools. It is recommended to use a rubber mallet to join the tiles together, and a cutter-knife (possibly a jigsaw) to cut the tiles to size on e.g. walls or around obstacles.
Where can the PVC panels be used?
Our PVC panels with plug-in system can be used in many areas. These include industrial or commercial applications, basements and warehouses, workshops, offices, sports halls and many more. If you have a question about a specific application, please feel free to contact us. We will help you: start your industrial floor renovation with us.
Does the subfloor need to be specially prepared before the tiles can be laid?
No, it is important that the subfloor is clean or swept and reasonably level. Smaller unevennesses are absorbed by the PVC plate itself. Here it is important, however, that these are not just directly under the teeth of the plates. Larger unevenness or holes should be straightened before laying, e.g. with a cement mixture or filler.
Can individual PVC floor panels & tiles be replaced?
Of course, the PVC panels can be replaced without much effort, for example, if they are damaged. The plates / tiles can be replaced individually, which is why the conversion is done quickly.
What is the best way to clean the floor?
Due to the practical surface texture of PVC pegboards, water in combination with a non-aggressive cleaning agent is perfectly sufficient to clean the tiles in most cases. Especially for the tiles recommended cleaning agents you can also purchase from us. Online we also offer cleaning machines and appropriate means for sealing the floors.
